Step 1 of the method of planting potatoes on the balcony
Potatoes tend to grow with a tuber, so we need to go to the market and pick potatoes that are not damaged, smooth, and it's better to find a bud。

Buy back the potatoes, we'll use the knife and split it into small pieces. Look carefully, we'll find that there are a few “eyes” on the surface of the potato, and these “eyes” are the buds of the potato from which the roots and buds come. So each piece of potatoes that we split up has to have this bud。

After cutting off the potatoes and making sure that each piece has a budding eye, we put a bit of grass ash on the mouth of the potatoes and set them in the sun for one or two days。

In the sun, we can prepare the soil, grow the potatoes, not the usual garden land, but dry, not too wet, otherwise they can rot。

Put the tanned potato stem flats on the soil, with the budding eye up, with a distance of about 15-20 centimetres between the tubers, and then put a layer of soil on the air, in about a week or two, so that the potatoes can graze once。
