What are the methods of cultivation of golden mushrooms? Gold needle mushrooms are low-temperature edible bacteria, which are born between the end of autumn and the beginning of spring. Because of its good taste and high market demand, it has become a source of wealth in poor areas. Here, a mini-editor of the network of farmers talks about gold-cream cultivation and production management techniques。

I. Varieties:
According to a variety comparison test, the “mixed 19” and “single 1” in the golden fungus are of better quality, adaptable and productive, and can be used for perennial cultivation。
Formula:
1, 78% cotton seed shell, 20% gill, 1% sugar, 1% plaster。
2, 80 per cent cotton seed shell, 10 per cent gill and corn powder, and 10 per cent sugar and plaster。
Both formulations have been tested for many years and are suitable for the production of golden mushrooms, thus contributing to higher yields。
Iii. Combination, sterilization:
Nutrients will be immersed in water, 1% lime water will be used to regulate the alkalinity of acids, with ph values of about 6. 5, and 1-3 days will be suffocated so that the nutrients will be sufficient (70% water content). Support materials should be fully mixed and even. Plastic bags can be used for the cultivation of gold needle mushroom clinkers. The bag is 17 x 33 centimetres, approximately 0. 25 kg of dry material per bag, and the material is to be tightened. Placing a well-equipped bacterium bag in an antibacterizer pan, with a technical standard of 100 °c for 6 hours, and taking the bacterium bag down to about 20 °c for inoculation。

Iv. Bacillus and mushrooms:
The culture room was painted with lime water once in advance, and sanitation was maintained with dichlorvos and flimlin spray and fungi. A bag of 50-60 bags per square metre is available. The indoor temperature is maintained at 20°c during the fungulation period and requires the avoidance of light. Comprehensive inspections are carried out every seven days and should be addressed in a timely manner if bacterial contamination is detected. Maintaining relative humidity of 65-70 per cent in the interior and generally producing 30-35 days of filament。
The formation of a golden fungus entity requires temperature conditions of 13-18°c, and when a large amount of needle-shaped barbs (fruit rhinoceros) are seen outside the bag, they should be removed, plastic bags should be pulled straight into a barrel and covered with a membrane to maintain a certain concentration of carbon dioxide in the bag to facilitate the spread of the bacterium. The general bacterium cover is 0. 5 - 2 cm in diameter, and the colour of yellow or milk white is normal and of better quality。
During the growth of the sub-entity, the indoors are often sprayed with water, maintaining a relative humidity of 80-90 per cent, and preventing dripping of water from the thin membranes on the fungus body, so as not to cause colour change or mushrooms and affect mushrooms. During mushrooms, the cultivation rooms are often ventilated and the air is kept fresh so that co2 concentrations are not too high, resulting in abnormal mushrooms. The mushroom room should be closed to windows and kept dark in order to improve the quality of golden needle mushrooms。

V. Receiving in time:
It takes 10-15 days for the fungus to be formed from the fungus to be harvested, and the bacterium is better at 13-18 cm in length and 0. 5-2 cm in diameter. When collected, plastic bags are held in one hand, golden needle mushrooms are removed from one hand and impurities, such as cotton seed shells, are removed from the root so that they can be packaged for listing. It is suggested that once the first mushroom is taken, the remaining mushrooms, fungus and roots should be removed from the bag, which should be supplemented with water, and the bacterium bags should be placed in order to facilitate the formation of the second mushroom bud. 3-4 harvests. The scrap of golden needles and mushrooms can be dried for the second year of culture。
