Iii. Liability for non-compliance
1. If, in the course of the implementation of this agreement, one or both of the parties fails or fails to comply fully with the terms of this agreement by force majeure, it shall be settled by mutual agreement. If negotiations fail, party a may apply to the arbitration body for an award or to the people's court in which party b is located, and if it is responsible, party a has the right to request that party b continue to comply with the terms of the agreement or refuse the acquisition and terminate the contract. If a party elects to terminate the contract, it shall return the seed farming contribution and pay the amount of 50 per cent of the contract amount; if it is responsible, it shall be entitled to demand that it continue to perform the terms of the agreement or terminate the contract. If b chooses to terminate the contract, a shall supplement the actual economic loss of the contract amount of b.
