During the event, the general knowledge of nuclear power will also go out, with a science film, and a classic film will be sent to the villages and towns around the changjiang nuclear power plant to conduct awareness campaigns and communicate with the public at zero distance。
It is through this open-door public event, which the chinese nuclear group has opened up to and interacted with the public and the media in a positive and proactive manner, it is hoped that the public will be made aware of the nuclear industry, of nuclear power enterprises and of the adherence of the nuclear industry's “nuclear safety is the lifeline of the nuclear industry”, with a view to gradually eliminating public concerns about the safety of our nuclear power。
In recent years, hainan nuclear power has also been working to communicate with the public in the province. For the second consecutive year, the department of public information of the provincial council, the office of nuclear emergency response, the ministry of science and education has organized and participated in the first youth correspondence and cultural events in henan province, the nuclear power competition, the nuclear power public open day, the nuclear emergency exercise, poverty alleviation, teaching, etc., with the participation of the surrounding public, teachers and students throughout the province, and government officials at all levels, to raise awareness of the social benefits of nuclear power in the province。
According to the information received, in the province of hainan, where electricity supply has been tight in recent years and the lack of electricity is a serious constraint on social and economic development, it is expected that clean electricity of around 10 billion degrees per year will be provided to the province after the commissioning of two 650,000 kw nuclear power plants in hainan, which will not only alleviate the shortage of electricity in the province, but will also generate about one percentage point of GDP throughout the province. By that time, hainan will be the province with the highest share of clean energy in the country, better aligned with the development philosophy of the province of hynan。
It is known that the henan nuclear power unit 1 plans to create electricity by the end of the year on the grid, and that the government of hainan nuclear power and hainan province is actively communicating to promote follow-up nuclear power projects。
