Quick guide to practice

The book is a newly published agile practice standard of the american project management association and a resource for understanding, assessing and using agile and hybrid agile methods. The guide to practice provides guidance on when, where and how to apply an agile approach and provides practical tools for practitioners and organizations wishing to enhance agility. This guidance is consistent with other pmi standards, including the project management knowledge system guide (pmbok guide, 6th edition?), which was developed by pmi in collaboration with the agility alliance and is one of the agile certification materials launched by pmi。
Senior project manager does this for new product development management

The book is based on the ipd approach, using a process management approach (one of the eight quality management principles of iso 19,000), which begins with a detailed analysis of the four main processes for the development of new products (four major processes, namely, programme design, handboard development, prototype development, trial preparation and publication), identifying the process of development activities and those responsible and analysing the detailed management elements of each activity. Process activity summaries are then used to analyse the soundness of the enterprise's organizational structure and to summarize a suitable set of performance management methods. Finally, a summary of the practical activities process for the management of new product development projects。
A major feature of the book is the use of a number of practical templates, which not only regularize the details of process management, but also reduce the time for individual practitioners to report and provide a basis for process control。
The new product development methods introduced in this book are designed to target new products that are of a physical nature, especially small appliances, and are suitable for integrated development and production of small and medium-sized enterprises。
