The methods and timing of cultivation vary according to geographical and climatic conditions. The following are some of the basic methods and timing of cultivation:
Plantation time:
Potato is usually planted in spring or autumn. In the south, favourable weather conditions allowed for planting between mid-march and mid-april in the spring and september and october in the autumn. In the north, the climate is colder, with better spring planting usually between late april and early may, and autumn cultivation usually between mid-september and early october. The choice of planting time is mainly based on temperature and soil conditions to ensure that the potato grows in an appropriate environment。
Plantation methods:
1. Land purification: tacos require relatively low levels of soil and are highly adaptable, but it is preferable to select deep, fertile and water-protecting soils. Before planting, deep rolls and rakes should be carried out to remove weeds and stones and make the soil soft and thin。
2. Selection: select a relatively strong seed, each weighing more than 40 g, and the budding of the top sprout should be complete, preferably in a sphere. Pre-planting is preceded by the removal of weak, sick and sick potato and the preservation of insect-free and undamaged seed。
3. Drumbing: 2-3 days of drying of selected seedlings, followed by a slight thaw in the tail. It is possible to line up the seed to the interior, covering 8-10 cm of wet sand, adjusting the indoor temperature to 20-25 cm, waiting for 20-30 days, and growing 3-4 cm seed。
Cultivation: once the seedling has been completed, cultivation can take place. Cultivated in a ditch with a distance of 33 to 40 cm. Keep an eye on the depth of cultivation and ensure that the seeding is solid and the buds are up。
5. Management and maintenance: tacos are wet and dry and require regular watering during their growth and soil moist. Potatoheads are long-lived and require high levels of fat, and should be followed up in due course. During taro growth, weeding and pine soil also require attention in order to maintain a good growth environment。
Specific planting methods and times may vary according to region, climate and taro variety. During the actual planting process, it is recommended that adjustments be made to local realities and that local agricultural experts or agricultural technical services be consulted to obtain more specific advice and guidance。
