It is important to respond to the concerns of the people and to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of the people. Examples include the publication by the public prosecution service of typical cases of enhanced judicial protection of people's lives; the publication by the united supreme act of a model case of a crime of corruption committed by the public under the law; and the issuance by the joint human resources social security department of a model case of fraudulent proceedings in the area of social security, fraudulent labour arbitration and fraudulent fraud against the social security fund, among others。

Focusing on meeting practical needs and addressing emerging situations in judicial practice. For example, in response to emerging issues in areas such as hazardous driving, offences related to information networks, the development of case studies to guide case-handling activities; joint supreme law to issue simultaneously interpretations of certain issues applicable to law in criminal cases of violations of intellectual property rights and model cases of criminal protection of intellectual property, to guide the resolution of disputes in the application of law that are common in practice, etc。
Focus on guiding the rule of law and promoting the core values of socialism.
