From 18 to 19 august, the hong kong state daily news/pan state network organized jointly by the municipal women's union and the municipal judicial bureau a “obama-wu” campaign and a training course for marriage and family counsellors in 2025 for the people in the city of quantuan on reconciliation of marital and family disputes, to strengthen capacity-building in the mediation of marital and family disputes in order to contribute to social governance at the grass-roots level and to the building of the state of sana'a。
The training covered the interpretation of the civil code law on marriage, family and inheritance, the production of practical and case files on dispute settlement, the analysis of the norms of the people's mediation policy and the provision of focused counselling in the national database, which was conducted by professionals in the fields of law, mediation, justice and women's associations。
The campaign, entitled “safeguarding the well-being of married families and promoting social harmony and stability”, set up three stages of intellectual competition, written examinations and simulated mediation. The intense competition on the ground and the dedication and responsiveness of the team members demonstrated a solid operational capacity and good psychological qualities. After a comprehensive assessment, two first, two second and three third awards were awarded。
The family is the cell of society and marriage is the core of the family. In recent years, women's federations at all levels throughout the city have organized a solid people's reconciliation of marital and family disputes around the state of sana ' a, based on the marital home. Six of our city's “teaching mediators”, four of the women's union's “law-aware people” were commended for their joint communication with the provincial women's union, the provincial council on political and legal law, and the provincial judicial chambers; three cases of family counselling in marriage and family counselling in shandong province were evaluated; seven units, such as the women's union's rights department, were awarded `good marriage counselling services' by the provincial women's union; 11 volunteers were awarded `good marriage counsellors' by the provincial women's union. The whole-city women's union system, with the branding of `rain and bong', has integrated marital and family services, rights-based care, etc., into the municipal system of governance for peace, diversified family disputes, in-depth care for the healthy development of minors, and contributed to the building of `ceaseened cities'。
As a next step, the union of municipal women will take a closer look at the experience of the “taibywu” campaign, deploy it in the state of sana'a, build a strong marital home, build a highly qualified and professional people's mediation team for marital and family disputes, further innovate the work, refine the work assignments, strengthen the work initiatives, continuously enrich the marital and family services, expand the services, extend the reach of the services, and effectively promote the “great peace” of society with the “small harmony” of the marital and family。
