On 28 october, the final competition for professional skills for cashiers of commercial services in the autonomous region of inner mongolia, co-sponsored by the general trade union of the autonomous region of inner mongolia, the human resources and social security office of the autonomous region, the autonomous region women's federation of the autonomous region, and the chinese federation of inner mongolia, was inaugurated in the cities of hu and hot. Thirty contestants from 21 businesses across the region participated in the final stage。

The heads of the relevant bodies, such as the general trade union of the autonomous region, the human welfare department, the women's union, the china-china union inner mongolia branch, the people's bank, the payment and settlement office of the khot centre, the heads of the banking card departments of the commercial banks, representatives of the merchants and the contestants attended the finals. This competition is designed to implement the vocational skills competition for employees of the autonomous region “china dreams at work” and is aimed at further improving the overall level of cash collection in our region, upgrading the soft environment in which the latest payments are processed in the commercial services sector throughout the region, deploying the arrangements of the people's bank of china for non-renovation of the market for bank cards, and optimizing the circulation of payments. There has been a new wave of labour competitions involving academic skills, drilling skills and contributions among a wide range of workers in the region, creating a favourable social climate of “learning, work, contribution” and “learning, catching up, being advanced”。

The competition is marked by four highlights: one is the unprecedented scale of the event. The two-month contest attracted a total of 2,866 cashiers from all over the region to sign up, and over 12,000 cashiers participated in the study, including through online or on-site training. The contest was ranked fifth in the country; the second was internetization of the competitive examinations. The competition was conducted on a web-based basis in a comprehensive manner, enhancing the ease of participation of a wide range of cashiers and effectively increasing the visibility and participation of the event; and, thirdly, training content focused on innovative payments. The competition organizing committee team of lecturers conducted seven thematic training sessions in the five union municipalities of houthu, haut, pancong, akemu and ordos, highlighting innovative payment products such as silver cloud flashes, small sign-off and no secret, and popularizing innovative payment methods and business processes in the banking card industry; fourthly, participants were closer to universal welfare.
