The two sides have also signed a cooperation agreement, which will provide for regular cooperation in the areas of digital intellectual property research and practical training for students。

At the ceremony, chien and wang xiaoping signed a cooperation agreement on behalf of schools and law firms, respectively, and yu jin and wang xiaoping signed a donation agreement on behalf of the school education development foundation and the law firm, respectively. Under the strategic cooperation planning programme, the two sides will jointly establish an intellectual property research institute for the digital economy, which will conduct joint intellectual property research for the digital economy, based on their respective areas of comparative advantage and on specialized technologies. The exchange of experts, the establishment of expert exchange and recruitment mechanisms, and cooperation on mutual support in education and legal matters. Joint human resource development and hands-on training, exploration of high-level and emerging areas of legal and intellectual property education mechanisms, and joint training for government and business on emerging areas of legal and intellectual property. Joint intellectual property academic exchange meetings at home and abroad, joint intellectual property training and lectures, joint research on digital intellectual property services cluster studies, participation in and guidance of relevant enterprises on the formation of digital intellectual property alliances and the development of digital industry cluster patent pools。
At the ceremony, sheng noted that the high-level, high-quality and regularized cooperation on digital intellectual property research, expert exchanges, hands-on student internships, academic exchanges, etc., was both the result of a period of frank exchange, friendly consultations and an important opportunity for mutual advantage and mutual benefit。
In his address, wang xiaoping and wang chun-chung stated that the shanghai city light law office was at a critical stage in the construction of a digital transformation.
