In the process of implementing a comprehensive approach to education and quality education, mental health education in schools is gaining attention, both as a requirement for the healthy development of students themselves and as a requirement for the quality of human beings in social development. With a view to following up on the recommendations of the central committee of the communist republic of china on strengthening and improving the moral and intellectual construction of minors and the ministry of education's programme of guidance for mental health education in primary and secondary schools, and in response to the call by schools for strengthening mental health education for secondary school students, and in order to preserve the honour of my school's model schools and special schools for psychological education, the work of the schools in psychological education has been carried out effectively, with the full support of my school's leadership and with the cooperation of teachers and students. The work of the current year is summarized as follows:
(i) concepts, systems and organization, functional room building and teaching staff
(1) on concepts
Our school has long adhered to the concept of “activity as a vehicle”, emphasizing the concept of action over words, and has been active in organizing and carrying out awareness-raising activities for teachers, parents and student groups. Work is being done to create “the most suitable and effective school psychology”. The teaching of “practical” features, which aim at preventing and resolving the psychological confusion that is common to students in secondary schools, and the organization of activities, which are “practical” features, which are tailored to the circumstances of the school, and which organize meaningful and effective activities。
Since its inception, the school has been actively developing its various systems at all levels. In addition to the regular system of early warning mechanisms for psychological crisis interventions, the functioning of counselling units and the requirements for the work of counsellors, a special manual for psychologists has been developed. An organizational structure headed by a headmaster and comprising the student development division, the student health development centre, the class director, the defence supervisory team and the members of the psychological council has been established. Our school now has a variety of initial and simple functional rooms. In addition to the teacher's office areas, counselling rooms, group counselling rooms and the purchase of simple equipment, such as musical relaxing chairs, have also been established this year in collaboration with the trade unions。
My school now has three full-time nursing teachers. All three teachers have solid teaching and counselling skills. In addition to this, there are more than a dozen teachers who have obtained the certificate of a psychologist, which is the back-up for the whole school's care work。

As the mental health education curriculum is an important tool and basic method of mental health education in schools as well as a front-line for mental health education in schools, our school has been focusing on the implementation of mental health education curricula to ensure that students are able to achieve psychological improvement and development through a quality psychological curriculum. At the same time, the curricula and curricula have been further refined and adapted in accordance with the actual situation of the students in school, and we have developed our own mental health curriculum, which is being promoted in regular teaching. In order to better assist our students in addressing their psychological confusion and problems, our school has intensified its efforts at student counselling. In addition to the day-to-day teaching work, teachers, students and parents are advised at regular intervals. The length of counselling is guaranteed and the form is enriched, making its psychological problems timely and effective. In addition, special attention has been paid to the development and training of the members of the psychological council, who have developed a special manual to help them better carry out their duties。

In order to respond positively to the request of the provincial and municipal education directorates to strengthen the construction of the psychological records of students, and in order to efficiently carry out the psychological counselling work, our school has completed the construction of the psychological records of students for new entrants. Owing to the differences and limitations in the educational environment, most of our students did not receive systematic mental health education prior to entering high school, and mental health awareness was relatively low. With this reality in mind, our school has significantly increased its awareness of mental health by introducing students to mental health education in the form of posters, student speeches, leadership speeches, etc. In addition to this, we have been active in organizing lectures on mental health, and this semester we have completed psychological lectures or communication activities for all groups, including teachers, new teachers, young teachers, girls and boys, and school directors, to help raise the level and awareness of mental health among all teachers and students。

On the basis of actual mental health education work and the information transmitted by students, we find that many students ' mental health problems are rooted in their families. Therefore, in order to ensure the effectiveness of mental health education in schools and to help students address the actual psychological problems, the school is committed to strengthening communication and communication with parents, using opportunities such as school public meetings and parent meetings to transmit mental health education concepts to parents, and to distribute or promote quality mental health education materials, with the hope that such communication and contacts will make them aware of the importance of family education for the mental health of the child, and that they will better cooperate with and ensure the effectiveness of the school's parenting and psychological counselling work。

The month of mental health education activities has become a major feature of my school. Our school, as a model school for mental health education and as a specialty school, has significant mental health education results. As a result, our school has been active in compiling materials on mental health activities months, psychological committees, psychological lectures, and telepathy, which are presented and disseminated at various visits and events. At the same time, our school offers students an exhibition in the psychological room to inspire them. In addition, our school has been able to demonstrate and promote its mental health education activities and results through a micro-credit platform, which has gained recognition and recognition。
As a model school for psychology and a high school for district directors, our school has been focusing on the support and guidance of primary and secondary schools in the district. In the area of supervision, care is taken with regard to the development of child-rearing in primary and secondary schools in the bailiwick, and at regular intervals actively conducts lectures on mental health education for students in primary and secondary schools in the bailiwick。
Our school's work in the area of child-rearing is now well structured, with more distinctive features and results. But at the same time, there is a great room for progress in the field of heart work.
