On 26 april 2023, the twenty-third world intellectual property day, our country's theme for this year's world intellectual property day is strengthening the rule of law for intellectual property rights and strongly supporting comprehensive innovation. The aim is to strengthen society's awareness of respect for and protection of intellectual property rights and to create a favourable climate of public opinion that is based on a new stage of development, a new concept of development, a new development paradigm and the promotion of high-quality development。
In recent years, the central court of yangquan has been playing its full role in constantly raising the level of intellectual property jurisdiction, responding to new forms and requirements of intellectual property protection, increasing judicial protection of intellectual property rights, continuing advocacy of intellectual property rights, integrating intellectual property rights work with efforts to optimize the business environment and providing continuous and accurate judicial services for high-quality enterprise development。
On the eve of world intellectual property day, on the afternoon of 17 april 2023, wang su-ming, a full-time member of the judicial committee of the sunquan chuen college, and the senior police officer of the environment court, walked into the centre for 100-degree cloud computing (the sunquan) to carry out the event “respect for knowledge, innovation” and “4. 26” world intellectual property day。
Wang su-ming and the senior police officer visited the business fair and the centre for mental accounting. It was described as the first large data centre project to be built on its own, with data storage, computing capacity and energy conservation at the top of the asian class, serving such important operations as large search, artificial intelligence, and intelligent driving, and becoming an important building block for ai to achieve the future。
In the course of the discussions, wang su-ming and the police chiefs of the environment were provided with detailed information on the production operations of enterprises, the current state of protection of intellectual property rights and the difficulties and problems that exist. They answered the questions raised by the centre for 100-degree cloud computing (yenquake) concerning intellectual property protection and conducted discussions with companies on hot spots and difficult issues in the area of intellectual property protection。
It also provided information on the law relating to intellectual property, gave an account of recent intellectual property cases in our city, and interpreted the provisions of the 2022 supreme people's court adjustment of the jurisdiction of first instance civil and administrative cases of intellectual property。

What is intellectual property
