On the morning of 5 november, a special hiring and talk session took place at the party service centre at the north liang wonjo village, in the town of the general tomb of the sindu district — the technical station staff of the sindu district forestry agency solemnly issued a contract of employment for 10 village experts from 10 townships in the mountains, along with specialized books such as a cuter tool and “practical techniques for tasting tectonics”, marking the official opening of a training activity for the management of the twilight twigs in the shindu district。
At the site of the event, there was a lively discussion between forest technicians and hired rural experts on key issues such as the optimization of the main varieties in the production of chestnuts and the efficiency of fruit production. In the light of their own experience of crop management, they have expressed their views on the various dimensions, ranging from improvement of varieties, green control of pests and pests, to production and distribution, and have contributed to the development of the sindu region's chestnut industry。
It is understood that, in order to comprehensively upgrade the labour skills and economic benefits of fruit-farmers, the forestry sector in sindu district has planned ahead of time to achieve full coverage and no end of winter cutting management training through the hiring of rural experts, both to turn skilled people into industry leaders and to rely on their geographical advantages and human resources。
In line with its operational deployment, the sindu district will focus on 10 townships in the mountainous region, with rural experts at its core, and will conduct training in the management of the winter chestnut trim. The employed natives are fruit-tree owners and operators with practical management experience, and it has been indicated that they will share their farming experience without reservation, and that they will be able to do so in order to increase the number of rural residents who rely on science to manage fruit-tree production and to contribute to the growth of their home-grown chestnut industry。
At the end of the symposium, village experts from the towns and villages of the dragon springs drove to the local chestnuts to observe the growth of fruit trees on the ground, to discuss the specific training hours, the content of the courses and the practical sites, and to ensure that the training activities were effective as soon as possible.
