Address by the secretary-general

With regard to the establishment and development of professional committees on the evaluation and standardization of intellectual property, the secretary-general of the united nations offered four points of hope: one is a deep-seated industry study; the other is a move away from industry-building standards; the third is a major evaluation of market integration; and the fourth is to lead institutional development。
