Journalists have recently been informed by the municipal market supervisory authority that our municipality has recently issued an implementation opinion on the further implementation of the intellectual property strategy for quality development (hereinafter referred to as opinion). This is the first time that my municipality has adopted a specific policy to support the development of intellectual property。
A total of 25 main elements of the opinion have been instrumental in transforming intangible intellectual property rights into tangible assets around the five dimensions of intellectual property innovations that nurture, convert, defend, manage science, and provide public services。
It was described that the new policy had made significant progress in the areas of supplementary projects, coverage, etc. Additional awards for intellectual property, patent opening licences, intellectual property unions, intellectual property rights protection, and protection of business secrets have been added to the awards. At the same time, projects such as patent navigation and high-value patent breeding are organized for the first time throughout the city in the form of projects. In adjusting the awards, support has been extended to enterprises for intellectual property insurance and for intellectual property pledge financing。
The relevant head of the municipal market supervision authority informed journalists that in recent years, our city has focused on building a strong intellectual property market, effectively strengthening policy integration, resource pooling and institutional innovation, actively exploring intellectual property-specific insurance, landmarking for rich farmers and intellectual property firm-building, making intellectual property a central element in the promotion of supply-side structural reforms, promoting high-quality social and economic development at sea, and effectively driving the continued improvement of the quality and efficiency of intellectual property development in key industries。
