Oral surgery at the oral hospital of the fourth military medical university is a well-known, nationally leading and internationally recognized professional subject. After decades of intergenerational efforts, there are currently 32 professional technicians, of whom 7 are senior, 4 are middle and 21 are junior. It has 20 chairs, two modern operating rooms, a specialized dental pain-allergizing centre and an electrocardiogram centre. As of 2013, there were more than 69,000 visits per year. The oral surgery is based on the advanced concept of “four-folding”, using internationally standardized generic dental extraction equipment tools, standardized dental extraction steps and techniques, and micro-invasive surgical techniques to minimize tooth extraction damage. The patient's comfort process is ensured through a thorough pre-operative examination of the diagnosis and various safe first aid facilities。
In order to make it easier for the patients, to ensure that the fluid work better meets the needs of the patients in the outpatient wards, there are currently 2 beds, 13 fluid chairs, which are being operated in the oral surgery unit。
