There is a need for universal access to contraceptive principles and methods of correct use, such as condoms and short-acting contraceptives, emphasizing the risk of possible transmission of diseases and unwanted pregnancies. Emphasis is placed on teaching how to identify signs of sexual harassment, abuse, refusal techniques and recourse. Adolescents are advised to avoid sexual contact until they are fully capable。
It is recommended that parents and schools establish open channels of communication for education in the form of drawing books, lectures, etc. Medical institutions can provide professional counselling to help adolescents acquire accurate knowledge. In the event of continuing anxiety, physical abnormalities or abuse, the help of a psychologist or gynaecologist should be sought promptly。
