This has been integrated into its overall focus, with a sense of urgency and urgency, a multi-pronged approach and rigorous implementation, which has effectively consolidated the basis of due diligence and legal administration in the market。
One is to strengthen leadership and move forward in an integrated manner. In conjunction with the practical aspects of market regulation, the länder have issued a circular on the development of legal knowledge learning education in 2019, which establishes fridays as legal knowledge learning days, specifying the objectives, tasks and requirements for legal literacy education, full participation, personal responsibility and inactivity. In line with the new situation, new requirements and enforcement needs of law enforcement officers in the field of regulatory reform of the market, an integrated approach is being developed, with a focus and innovative vehicle, the organization of a solid study of the constitution, party regulations, the systematic learning of the reform of the commercial system, the regulation of credit, the fight against unfair competition, the regulation of internet transactions, the regulation of food medicines, the safety of medical equipment, the regulation of the safety of special equipment and the quality of products, metrology, standardization, etc., and efforts are being made to improve the comprehensive enforcement capacity and administrative efficiency of law enforcement officials in the field of market regulation。
The second is an innovative form of structured legal literacy education. The lÄnder, in keeping with their formal approach to the law, have established fridays as a day for legal literacy studies and have opened a "rule of law lecture hall" with a unit of staff, with an operational cadre providing instruction to all cadres on their responsibilities and related laws and regulations. Strengthen system-wide training of law enforcement regulators around the goal of higher standards of enforcement and more disciplined behaviour.
