1 network fraud
Based on real-life learning needs, young students have frequent access to electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablets and computers, and to the internet for a long and extensive period of time, but are vulnerable to cyber-fraud owing to poor identification and lack of social experience。
If the fraudster replaces the head and nickname with a school teacher, lures students, parents, etc., to collect school fees, induces students, parents to transfer to a designated user the “class collection trap”, or induces minors to use free play skin as a bait to increase contact, then informs them that the freezing of the company's finances requires its proper cooperation in order to be lifted or that the minor immediately charges his parents with a “cyber game scam” for fear, or that the minor, in support of his beloved idol, gradually falls into the trap set up by the outlaws, which violates the property security of the minor and his family。
Prosecutor's tip
Young people do not trust people and things on the internet, do not believe in undisclosed telephone calls and text messages, and, whenever money is involved, be careful to ensure the security of personal funds, never transfer funds to strangers and, if found to have been deceived, report them to the police in a timely manner。

2 school bullying
School bullying is by no means a “battle-up” between children and is likely to become a nightmare affecting the lives of adolescents. What do you mean, "school bullying"
School bullying is an act of bullying, humiliation, bodily injury, damage to property or moral damage committed by one of the parties, whether deliberately or in bad faith, by means of a physical, linguistic or network. For example, “physical bullying” through physical assault or threats of intimidation, such as beatings, kicks, slaps, bites, pushes, pulls; “linguistic bullying” through insults, ridicules, mockings, sarcasms and insults against human dignity; “social bullying” by maliciously excluding, intimidating, threatening, coercing, isolating, influencing the participation of others in school activities or in social contacts; “network bullying” by means of web or other means of dissemination of information that defames people, spreads rumours or denigrates others, maliciously spreads the privacy of others these are school bullying, which greatly endangers the physical and psychological well-being of adolescents and causes physical, verbal and interpersonal harm to the victims。
Prosecutor's tip
When pupils and students experience bullying, it is always the safety of the person that comes first. Don't provoke each other. You can ask for help from people on the road and get attention from people around you. After being bullied, do not remain silent or retaliate and tell parents and teachers. Parents should take the initiative to ask questions, take children's claims seriously and seek timely assistance from schools and relevant institutions。
Article with relevant law
Article 39 of the law on the protection of minors stipulates that schools shall establish a system of student bullying and control at work, and provide education and training for teaching staff, students, etc. In the prevention of bullying。
The bullying of students in schools should be stopped immediately, the minor students concerned should be given prompt counselling, education and guidance, and the parents or other guardians of the minor students concerned should be given the necessary family education guidance。
For minor students who have committed bullying, schools should strengthen discipline in accordance with the law, depending on the nature and extent of bullying. Schools must not conceal serious bullying and should report it promptly to the public security organs, the education administration and cooperate with the relevant authorities in accordance with the law。
Sexual abuse
In recent years, cases of sexual abuse against minors have occurred and are generally of a high degree of privacy, and it is often not possible for a minor who has been subjected to sexual abuse to distinguish between sexual abuse and sexual abuse, or because of his or her shame and anger, which causes enormous damage to the physical and mental health of the minor. There is therefore a need to improve knowledge about prevention of sexual abuse and to identify what constitutes sexual abuse。
Sexual assault means sexual acts against the will of others, including rape, sexual harassment, sexual abuse, etc. It also refers to acts by which the perpetrator induces another person to have sexual intercourse with him or to cause sexual harm to the victim, by threat, power, violence, money or sweet words。
Prosecutor's tip
Students in primary and secondary schools need to improve their ability to identify and to be aware of prevention. They do not go alone to places where people are few and isolated, they do not reveal personal and family information at will, and they do not easily accept things from strangers. When faced with possible sexual abuse, it is possible to express its position through words and actions and to resist resolutely while ensuring its own security. In the event of an unfortunate sexual assault, it is essential that the police be called immediately and that care be taken to gather evidence。
Parents should also teach their children to be vigilant and to be alert. Knowledge of children's travels and relationships, regular inspection of children's clothing and body abnormalities, attention to the children's emotions, detection of exceptional and timely communication, and, in the case of sexual abuse, prompt calls for help from parents in addition to consolation, and collection of relevant evidence。
