The “six-five” justice scheme has been published. The “six-five” legal literacy programme identified 10 key tasks for legal advocacy. The completion of these 10 tasks is of great importance for the establishment of the socialist democratic rule of law in our country. The model has been used to compile some material on the report on the mid-term self-examination of institutions, which is expected to be useful for the work and life of your friends。
Since the launch of the “six-five” law-enforcement campaign in 20xx, the work of legalizing the law in our city's national religion has been guided, under the specific guidance of the office of the municipal leadership group on the rule of law, by the importance of the concept of “three representatives”, the full implementation of the concept of development, the serious implementation of the spirit of the central and provincial and municipal law-enforcement workshops, the planning of legal governance in accordance with the city's national religion, the “six-five” law-enforcement programme, the in-depth education of the law and the overall deepening of legal governance. According to the office of the municipal leadership group on the rule of law, "observation on the organization of the mid-term inspection of the legal governance of the “six-five” universal law throughout the city" (20x) in the spirit of this report, the following information will be provided:
I. Strengthening organizational levels and the legislation of the `four implementations'
(i) legal literacy. Our bureau attaches great importance to the legal governance of the law through the establishment of the “sixty five” leadership group for the legal governance of the law, which is headed by director general li jun, deputy director general shinyan kui, and chief of the disciplinary team zhou bangxiang. (iii) safeguards implementation. The directorate has established and improved the mechanisms for the leadership of national religious “six-five” organizations, accountability for their objectives, evaluation and evaluation mechanisms, incentives for rewards and penalties, and financial safeguards. The agency's organs have allocated 10,000 yuan per year to legal education, thus ensuring the proper implementation of such education。
(iv) implementation of reporting and archives management. In doing so, we send timely information to the relevant authorities on the work of the national religious common law for the legal management of the work and actively publicize the work dynamics and best practices of the work in the media. For example, the law on active and innovative religious policy promotion and education in the city of xiamen was adopted in 20xx by media sites such as the puffa network, the china network on democracy and the rule of law, and the hubei rule of law network. Specialized persons are assigned to collect, organize and maintain the archives, and the unit has a comprehensive legal and regulatory framework and a clear track。
Highlight the focus, with the rule of law upholding the “four orientations”
(i) adhering to legal literacy programmes for party and political leaders. In recent years, the laws and regulations governing ethnic religious policy in our city have been regularized and have significantly expanded the influence of ethnic religious work. The office of the municipal leadership group on the rule of law has incorporated " knowledge of the law and regulations governing national work " into our city's “six-five” legal literacy materials. The city council has produced 1,000 copies of a book entitled " knowledge of the laws and regulations governing religious policies of the nation " . For two consecutive years, the chief of the municipal council, li jun, walked into classes and halls to teach the laws and regulations governing religious policy and basic knowledge of the country's people, for participants in the “young cadres development project” training programme at the municipal councils' party school, as well as for senior officials and representatives of some of the political parties at the municipal and district levels。
(ii) continuing legal literacy programmes for public officials. The agency's institutions have established a system of study, drafted “six-five” legal materials, and are committed to the policy of studying the party's national religious policy and the relevant laws and regulations on a 15-day basis. The leadership team and the leadership cadres are leading in the use of the law, and the members of the team are working on the collective law more than twice a year. Over the past two years, our bureau has participated in three series of 16 training events on the rule of law, organized by the municipal directorate for the rule of law and the municipal directorate for the rule of law, with a view to raising awareness of the rule of law, legal awareness and law enforcement among law enforcement officials of ethnic and religious religions, thereby creating a good image of the application of the law by ethnic and religious civilizations。
(iii) the persistence of legal literacy programmes for rural and ethnic minorities. On the ethnic front, we have set october of each year as the city-wide “sensitization month for progress of national unity”, with extensive legal literacy among ethnic villages and ethnic minorities. (iv) the persistence of legal literacy programmes for members of religious communities and religious communities. In recent years, we have carried out many forms of awareness-raising and awareness-raising campaigns on religious policy and regulations with a view to improving the legal awareness and quality of the religious community and the religious community. On 26 march 20xx, our bureau organized a training course on religious policy regulations, which was attended by 25 religious officials and representatives of religious communities throughout the city. As part of the monitoring of the implementation of religious regulations carried out by the standing committee of the municipal people's congresses, in june 20xx, we launched the first edition of the daily newspaper " questions and answers on religious policy laws " , which provides comprehensive information on religious policy theory and legal and regulatory knowledge。
At the same time as the wrap-up exercise, i see that there are still problems and shortcomings in the dissemination of the “sixty-five” laws on the religion of the city's ethnic group, which needs to be expanded, in terms of the number of points of work and workload, the number of staff working in the area and the number of tasks to be performed, as well as the need to strengthen oversight efforts. In our future work, we will use this mid-term inspection supervision as an opportunity to further strengthen leadership, clarify responsibilities and take practical measures to firmly advance national religious “six-five” legal literacy and to contribute actively to the overall improvement of citizens' legal qualifications and the building of a socialist and harmonious society。
