The seven local standards issued were: code for the safety of facilities and services for kindergarten facilities, code for the construction of urban and rural sanitation infrastructure, guide for the construction of “beautiful rural roads”, code for the safety of general road projects, code for the construction of services for basic “houses with disabilities” and code for the treatment of complaints by mobile communications clients. The “beautiful country road” is an important component of the “four good country roads” and the most important infrastructure guarantee for beautiful villages.
