In order to further implement china's health strategy, it has promoted the health of the song river, widely disseminating information on the core health issues of body weight management, tobacco hazards and emergency care. It has developed high-quality health products and personnel. It has led the public to develop an active health concept and a healthy lifestyle. It has promoted the health status of the people of the song river region. The song river region science and technology association, the song river region science and technology committee, the song river region health and health committee, the song river region civil administration and the song river region human health organization jointly organized a popular health initiative in 2026. The following information is provided:

Ii. Attendances and groups
(i) professional groups
In-service health personnel (including health system practitioners such as health-care providers, technicians and health managers) in health-care institutions in the song river region。
(ii) non-professional groups
Citizens working, living or studying in the songjiang region include employees of enterprises, community residents, students of higher education institutions and people with no medically relevant background。
(iii) forms of participation
1. Individual participation in the competition: individual persons independently complete the creation and declaration of their work and independently assume responsibility for the creation。
2. Team participation: each group of no more than five people, with a cross-unit, cross-cutting team, needs to identify a core person to coordinate the creation, declaration and follow-up of works。
Iii. Requests for work
The three main topics of weight management, tobacco hazards and emergency care, which focus on a single theme or combine several thematic creations, are the following:
(i) specialized categories
1. The koputi category, which consists of posters, long maps, graphics, strips, knowledge cards, cartoons, general articles, among which the series of electronic materials requires clear images and no watermarks (jpg format, resolution 300dpi); the number of articles is controlled at 2,200 words, which are easy to understand and logical, and can be accompanied by a small number of speculations. The creation needs to avoid a multiplicity of professional terms that can focus on methodological guidance, correction of errors, case analysis, etc。
2. The cop video category, which includes forms such as animation, real person performance, interviews, skills demonstration, with clear images and clear voices, within 3 minutes, in mp4 format, resolution 1080p. Content needs to be both scientific and interesting, to facilitate its dissemination and sharing, in which first aid products need to ensure the normative and professional nature of skills demonstrations。
3. Cope performances: this consists of easy-to-underline displays of talk shows, rap shows, small items, etc., submitted in video format for participation in the competitions, which are controlled for a period of eight minutes and are clear and loud. The scripts can be designed to have a clear role, live lines, convey health information through humor or temperament, and incorporate the scenes of emergency care presentations, smoke counselling, weight management instructions, etc。
(ii) core standards
1. Scientific: the contents conform to the latest medical norms, general standards of health sciences and relevant industry guidelines, without false or misleading information, professional groups are required to reflect the strictness of the medical profession and emergency care is subject to strict official operating regulations。
2. Targeting: combine the needs of the group's audiences, professional groups focus on scenes such as clinical exercises, grass-roots health services, and non-professional groups focus on the application of health knowledge to daily scenes such as home, school, workplace, etc。
3. Original: the entries are originals of unpublished and uninvolved in other similar events, the copying and theft of the results of others is strictly prohibited and, upon discovery, the disqualification from participating。
4. Practicality: provide specific operational methods, techniques or solutions that facilitate public understanding and application in everyday life, at work, and effectively promote healthy physical exercise。
Iv. Process and timing of the competition
The overall time frame of the event was march-may 2026, when work was carried out simultaneously on sub-science services and events, as follows:
(i) enrollment and registration (march 2026)
The organizing committee carries out activities on three main themes, namely: access to schools, communities, enterprises, etc.; and simultaneous opening of an exclusive registration channel for majors, where participants complete their registration, obtaining information on pre-election training and contributions。
(ii) pre-race training (early april 2026)
Senior general practitioners and medical specialists are invited to conduct online and in-house training on the creative skills of the various scientific and technical subjects, on the three subject matter subjects of general knowledge, on the sharing of good cases, etc., for the cadre of medical personnel and all candidates。
(iii) collection of works (april 2026)
The persons participating in the competition shall complete their work in accordance with the requirements of this circular and submit their work within the prescribed time frame; the committee shall review the qualification and format of the work and the list of the entries adopted for re-election shall be published on official platforms such as the songjiang regional council, the health and welfare commission and the civil administration。
(iv) evaluation and exhibition of works (may 2026)
The organizing committee invited a panel of professional experts to conduct a first-instance review of the entries and a comprehensive review to determine the list of awardees, as well as a bottom-up exhibition of outstanding works of the scientific stage and the simultaneous presentation of results and health awareness。
V. Promotion of works and awards
(i) promotion of works
The winning works will be displayed on an ongoing basis on official platforms such as the songjiang regional council for science and health and will be recommended for reproduction in municipal media and cooperative periodicals; the winning works will be compiled into a scientific resource pack to be used in public education activities in the under-line health of the songjiang region; the winning contestants will be invited to participate in the “five plus” event of the songjiang regional health section and will act as a guest for under-line general education。
(ii) awards
The contest is based on three categories: the coputu, the copt video, and the pedagogical performing, with an independent selection of professional and non-professional groups, each with one first prize, three second prizes and five third prizes, all of which will be awarded a certificate of honour, and the non-professional group will be awarded a separate prize。
Vi. Independence and contributions
(i) entry channels
The registration of the contestants was completed through the mail box dedicated to the contest and the deadline for registration was 20 april 2026 (delayed for inadmissibility)。

Notes
The authorship of the entries is vested in the author, and the organizing committee of the competition has non-commercial use of the works, such as their promotion, promotion, compilation, exhibition, etc., which is used strictly with the name of the author/group and the creation unit。
