In november 2021, the ministry of education convened a national conference to promote mental health education for students at higher education institutions, which called for “uplifting political positions, strengthening governance at the source, strengthening process management and improving integrated safeguards”. The mental health education of university students is an important part of the work of the lyde tree centre at the tertiary level and requires the implementation of the three-child concept and the systematic strengthening of mental health education at the tertiary level。
Full participation in the development of mental health education. Higher education institutions are designed to promote awareness among all teaching staff of the importance of mental health education and the improvement of the working mechanisms of the whole family. Mental health education is professional. There is a need to significantly strengthen the construction of centres for mental health education, to build the professional capacity of full-time mental health teachers and to integrate the design of mental health education throughout the school. There is a need for a relatively stable pool of high-quality part-time counsellors to provide structured professional counselling services to needy students. A highly qualified team of counsellors is needed to provide psychological support and crisis intervention in students ' day-to-day intellectual politics education and student management services. Mental health education is also universal and requires the involvement of tertiary educators in the mental health education of students. In the teaching of expertise, the teaching teacher inspires students to actively learn and imparts positive energy to answer questions. In the design and conduct of their work, administrative staff take care of the care and education of students. Educators and logistics staff can also be important agents in delivering care and identifying crises in their daily contact with students. The group of university students is more likely to be the subject of mental health education, and interaction among students is an important means of improving the quality of mental health of the group of students and the effectiveness of “helpful help”. In addition, parents, friends and social forces are important members of university students ' mental health education. The internet age has brought people closer to each other, from the head of dormitories to the floor to the aunt of the bedrooms, from counsellors to counsellors to psychiatrists at the school hospital, from teacher-to-teacher to post-graduate mentors, and a combination of full-time work is necessary for the mental health education of university students。

Psychometric assessments are comprehensive and applied with precision, early warning management is conducted 24 hours a day, dealing with all kinds of psychological problems of students in a coordinated and reinforcing manner. Through scientific identification, dynamic tracking, real-time early warning, effective interventions form a closed loop. The graduation season has been lost and students have been brought into the transition phase of society. The same subject is discussed repeatedly at different stages of growth, triggering in-depth reflection by students and stimulating their growth and psychological strength. Each of the educational activities of social practice, production internships, completion exams and merit reviews is also an important occasion for mental health education, which requires attention to the psychological changes of students, understanding of their psychological needs, intervention to improve educational outcomes and achieve parenting goals. At every stage of the student's learning and development, from the entrance to the graduation cycle, and at every educational and teaching level, the small circle requires the full integration of mental health education。

At the same time, stress management requires more early and timely, proactive and targeted measures to avoid the psychological crisis caused by unmitigated stress. Universal mental health education and individualized counselling services are to be developed. Strengthening the regulation of professionally targeted individual advisory services and flexible and enthusiastic group advisory services.
