In order to implement the spirit of the document of the national intellectual property authority “guidance for the further strengthening of intellectual property defence assistance” and the work of the municipal council's municipal administration “industrial cities, major cities”, a new pattern of industrial development has been set up in the “three news and twos” to further enhance the protection of intellectual property rights and dispute management capacity in the textile and garment industries of our city, and to promote innovation-driven development in our city. To this end, the ability of electrical subjects to respond quickly to the intellectual property problems of new-style electric generators is strengthened, the legitimate interests of patent holders are effectively protected and the innovation of enterprises is stimulated. The training focused on salient issues in e-commerce in the textile and garments industry, focused on building the capacity of participants to apply their expertise to practical issues, helped innovation actors to take full advantage of the processes and policies of intellectual property rights in e-commerce, and led innovation actors to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights in the electronics sector, was highly targeted and practical, and was fully recognized and well received by participating enterprises。
Since its establishment, the centre has been providing efficient guidance and quality services to enterprises in areas such as strengthening training in the dissemination of intellectual property rights, setting up a “quick protection” system, preventing patent infringement risks, strengthening the technical support for intellectual property protection in e-commerce, and improving the effectiveness of the protection of intellectual property rights in electronic commerce. Next, the centre will leverage the strengths of national platforms, pool resources, focus on the hard spots of intellectual property rights, accurately tap business needs, upgrade technical service capacities, deepen corporate intellectual property rights (ipr) support guidance, raise corporate awareness of innovation and the core competitiveness of patented technologies, and rapidly protect more innovation outcomes. At the same time, the strengthening of coordination at the municipal level, the further pooling and sharing of intellectual property services resources, the provision of high-quality intellectual property services to enterprises and the joint and increased contribution to catching up in the construction of special economic zones in the new era。
