With a view to keeping pace with the deployment of the national “carbon-neutral” goals and energy-saving emission reduction strategy, the establishment of a platform for the exchange of innovative practices in higher education, the dissemination of the concept of energy-saving emission reduction, the strengthening of student awareness and innovative collaboration, the promotion of the integration of theoretical practices, the development of green development reserves and the contribution of young people to green low-carbon development in the province of anhui and the country as a whole, it was decided to organize the third social practice and science competition for energy conservation reduction for university students in anhui province. The following information is provided:
I. Organizations

Ii. Target audience
Full-time specialists, undergraduates, master's and doctoral students in anhui province. The contestants are required to form teams, and the teams compete according to the graduate and undergraduate groups. The team of participating graduate students will be classified as a group of graduate students. No more than seven members per team, no more than three mentors per team, and if three mentors are hired, one of them must be an enterprise technician or cross-cutting teacher. A mixed team can compete and submit the work, but the work is counted by the first signed university。
Iii. Schedule and process of provincial competitions
1. Registration: 24 february - 7 march 2026, opening of the registration channel。
2. Submission of works: on 1 march - 15 march 2026, universities submitted their works and related materials through a network of designated officials (https://ahjnjp. Shetuan366. Cn/), and the organizing committee of the grand prix allocated a separate account number for each university, with the need to upload a letter of commitment (signed by the lead teacher) and an original statement (signed by the tutor and the applicant)。
3. Online review: on 16 march - 25 march 2026, experts organized by the organizing committee for the contest conducted an initial online review of the work。
4. Review: 26 march-31 march 2026, expert review to determine the list of final entries
Publicity: in early april 2026, it entered the final list。
6. Finals: the finals were held on 18 april and 19 april 2026 at the fertilizer industries university, in the form of a counter-argument, and final evaluations and awards were completed at the site, with further notice。
Awards
The grand prix has two prizes, the grade award and the organization of excellence award. The rank awards include first, second and third prizes。
The list of winners is published on the website of the organizing committee for the competition and is presented to the education department of anhui province on a no-objection basis, and again on the higher education network, after which the list of winners is published in a letter from the education department of anhui province, giving the award certificate。
Organizational arrangements
