Iv. Competition rules
Target audience: full-time general higher education institutions, students in higher education institutions, including specialists, undergraduates, masters and doctoral students (excluding in-service postgraduates). The contestants are required to compete in small groups, which are divided into postgraduate, undergraduate and senior-level groups. Among them, there are postgraduate students who participate in the competition by postgraduate group, and the higher-level groups are individually organized. No more than seven participants per team; no more than three mentors per team, or three mentors, one of whom must be an enterprise technician or cross-cutting teacher。
The number of contributions from each institution is not limited, and a mixed team may compete and submit the work, but the work is counted at the first undersigned university。
(b) declaration of works: entries must be completed in the year of the competition. Students participating in competitions must complete their designs within a specified time frame and submit their entries on time, as required, and those who fail to deliver on time are deemed to have given up the competition automatically. Templates such as declarations, instructions and matrices will be sent to university leaders。
Evaluation of works: the committee of experts conducts first and final reviews of works on the basis of their scientific, innovative, feasibility and economic nature, and proposes a list of winners。
V. Programme and organization of the competition

Awards
The competition consists of the principal (vacantable), first, second, third. The overall proportion awarded does not exceed 30 per cent of the total number of entries in the competition, of which the principal award does not exceed 2 per cent, the first prize does not exceed 5 per cent, the second prize does not exceed 10 per cent and the third prize does not exceed 20 per cent. At the same time, there are several awards for outstanding guidance teachers and organizations of excellence, and the number of nominations for awards of excellence is for teachers of first degree and above. The awards for excellence organizations are decided by the organizing committee, which nominates the outstanding units in the competition organization, and the final award competition committee。
