The director of the beijing city centre for intellectual property rights defence provided information on the mechanisms and effectiveness of public services in the area of intellectual property protection since its establishment in 2006, focusing on the development of cross-appeal mechanisms, the defence of intellectual property rights abroad, and made recommendations for joint efforts to improve the interface mechanism for intellectual property disputes, the organization of young judges, the involvement of assistant judges in volunteering, the strengthening of business services, data issues and information-sharing。
In his statement, zhou zhang said that the beijing centre for intellectual property rights and the beijing court of intellectual property rights had developed some experience of cooperation and work in the areas of dispute settlement, volunteering and so on.
