The president of the beijing intellectual property court, kensaku jun, stated that the beijing intellectual property court would continue to strengthen the judicial protection of intellectual property rights, including patenting for visual design, engage deeply in intellectual property governance and promote a more balanced and inclusive international rule。

This year, the beijing intellectual property court set up two judicial service stations in the main venue of the national convention centre and in the first steel park, which will be tailored to the judicial needs of the participants, highlighting the high level of attention paid to the subjects involved, the technical expertise of the participants, the new telecommunications services of the rights-based clients, the computer software industry, the information industry, and the security of services in the high-profile trades and fields of the trade unions, and distributing on-site a “detailed” english and chinese version of the manual of evidence for parties in civil cases of copyright from computer software at the beijing intellectual property court, the reference to evidence in civil proceedings of violations of commercial secrets by the beijing intellectual property court, which provides a one-stop, zero-distance judicial service to the participants, and contributes to the digital economy of escorts, and to the “kyoichi” power to promote the upgrading of the trade in services。
