In order to further implement the intellectual property strategy, improve the capacity of our province's innovation-driven development and the core competitiveness of our enterprises, accelerate the formation of a group of strong intellectual property companies with autonomous intellectual property rights and competitive advantages in their industries, and help to boost our province's industrial transformation and high-quality economic development, the provincial intellectual property authority has decided to launch a province-wide intellectual property firm incubator. The following information has been communicated:
I. Declaration requirements
The requirements for disclosure of intellectual property rights (iprs), declaration procedures, and certification management are detailed in the hnan province intellectual property rights (iprs) scheme (see annex 1, hereinafter referred to as the strong enterprises scheme). The municipalities of the provinces, the zhigen model district and the provincial (municipal) county (intellectual) intellectual property authority (ipb) have been requested to conduct careful mapping and organizational declarations of enterprises in the jurisdictions in accordance with the specific requirements of the strong enterprises management scheme, in accordance with the local situation, and to review the company's declarations, with emphasis on recommended quality。
Information requirements
The declaration unit fills out the register of intellectual property power developments in henan province (see annex 2) with the relevant supporting documentation (a paper copy accompanied by an electronic copy), which is reviewed by the provincial municipality, the jejien model district, the provincial directly administered county (municipal) intellectual property authority (the intellectual property administration) and submitted to the provincial intellectual property directorate with the recommended matrix (see annex 3)。
Time for declaration
Date of recommendation: 3 august 2021, no longer accepted。
Iv. Other
There is no limit to the number of recommended enterprises in the provincial municipalities, the zhigen model district, the provincial and district (municipal) intellectual property authority (ipr)。
