In november 2025, the 34th “national fire month” was held to strengthen the safety and emergency response capacity of university students in order to secure fire safety lines on campus, and on 2 december, the final of the 10th “fire for all, life above fire - electricity for safe use” university education competition on fire safety was held in the quadrilateral school district. The finals were attended by the relevant heads of the eight colleges in the three school districts and by students and teachers。
The competition began in the 34th fire safety month promotional video, which featured a shocking case of fire and a series of alarming data that gave teachers and students present a deep sense of the importance of fire safety. The finals were divided into “themes, knowledge questions and answers, video presentations”. During the thematic session, the contestants, who focused on the theme “fire for all, life above all - fire for safety for electricity”, combined with examples of school life, conveyed fire safety awareness in genuine emotion, live language, highlighted the importance of young science to life safety and its commitment to social responsibility; during the knowledge session, the contestants responded quickly and accurately with solid fire awareness; during the video presentation, teams focused on campuses such as dormitories, laboratories, etc., in the form of short videos, retrieving incriminating processes such as screening, fire disposal, creating dramas, making scenes real, making fire-fighting knowledge more intuitive, easy to understand, and giving live applause。
After intense competition, the institute of biological engineering, the high school of security received first prizes, the faculty of mechanical engineering, the institute of environmental and security engineering, the faculty of law received second prizes, and the foreign language institute, the marxist institute and the faculty of chemical and molecular engineering received third prizes。
The competition was hosted by the party student work department, the regiment, the security management service and hosted by the environmental and security engineering institute. As a feature of fire safety education in schools, the school fire safety competition has been held for 10 consecutive sessions.
