In-depth research has been carried out on patent pre-trial requirements, auditing standards, frequently asked questions, agency regulation, the generalization of intellectual property rights and the conversion of patent results, which has contributed to the further improvement of the rate of patent pre-qualification and licensing, the development of high-value patents and the strengthening of the intellectual property system。
