On 16 january, the three village organizations held a briefing and a seminar for village-based cadres on the effective link between the achievements of the campaign for the consolidation and eradication of poverty. The meeting was attended by the deputy secretary-general of the party, the president of the government, hwang weng ho, the deputy secretary-general of the commune party, don zenan, and the vice-president of the government, zhao zhao zhao zhao, all of the village-based cadres and representatives of the various support units。
The meeting began with a briefing by the deputy secretary-general of don zenan on the work carried out in 2025. The report states that in 2025, as part of the “1455” plan and the five-year transitional administration, the results of the “three guarantees” and water security programme have been consolidated throughout the country, and that educational support, medical coverage, housing rehabilitation and the construction of a network of drinking water pipelines have been effective; that the social assistance floor is fully covered, and that all types of protection policies, such as those for low-income and five-sabbatical insurance, must be fully protected; and that the support mechanism for the monitoring of anti-poverty dynamics is being strengthened, with a view to identifying and monitoring households and implementing a “one household policy”. The cumulative investment of support units at all levels exceeded $546 million, while village-based cadres accounted for 983 problems in the field。
At the seminar, representatives of village cadres shared their practices and experiences in the areas of policy advocacy, industrial development, employment support and grass-roots governance in conjunction with practical support work, and shared in depth the difficulties they faced in their work。
Huang wengo stressed that village cadres are a force for rural renewal and have made an important contribution to the consolidation of the gains made in the country's fight against poverty and to rural development. With regard to follow-up, he expressed three hopes: first, that the support unit would continue to give priority to policy guidance, project layout and talent development, and that it would continue its efforts in the areas of industrial development, rural construction and the growth of farmers' incomes, and that it would continue to support the “severe and warmer” efforts; second, that the village cadres would continue to perform well in their respective positions and continue to act as a bridge between them, with a view to addressing the plight of the population; and third, that the country as a whole would continue to work together in a more pragmatic manner to promote the consolidation of the gains made in the fight against poverty and the effective integration of rural renewal。
At the end of the meeting, the mayor of hoang wen ho, on behalf of the commune party committee and the government, issued one flag to each of the support units of the inner mongolia civil aviation airports group, and the ulanchab city central hospital. The banner, which brings together the entire community of cadres of the three communes to express their gratitude for the support they have received for five years, is a testament to the deep-seated friendship between the political and intersectoral sectors that have worked together to promote rural renewal。
