What's a poppy

Case of illicit cultivation of narcotic plants (article 350 of the criminal code)
The illicit cultivation of narcotic plants, such as opium poppy and cannabis, is subject to prosecution if:

(iii) the high level of illicit cultivation of other drug plants;

(i) over 50 grams of poppy seeds and over 5,000 poppy seedlings;
(ii) over 50 kilograms of cannabis seeds and over 50,000 cannabis seedlings;
