In order to perpetuate the concept of the rule of law for young people, further security barriers in schools are being built to protect the health of minors. On 11 march, the civilian police of the lungo police station entered the district's shan temple secondary school and the shan temple centre primary school, where they delivered a special rule of law lecture on the theme “the rule of law protects the youth, building safe schools together”, and delivered a full-fledged rule of law security course to over 600 teachers and students in two schools。

In the course of the lectures, the civilian police, with the law of the people's republic of china on the protection of minors and the law of the people's republic of china on the prevention of juvenile delinquency, used the model “case analysis + article + interacting answers” to elaborate on high-frequency security risks around bullying, telecommunications fraud, drug prevention and traffic safety at the four main schools. With regard to bullying in schools, the civilian police, through genuine cases, have taught students how to preserve evidence, call for prompt action and defend their rights in the light of the legal consequences of behaviour such as verbal insults, physical conflicts and cyber-false; in the case of high-profile telecommunications fraud in schools, have exposed in detail the pattern of deceptions such as the sale of gaming equipment, the laundering of cash and the impersonation of money by relatives and friends, and have identified the three principles of prevention of deception, which are “no trust, no disclosure, no transfer”; in the case of drugs, the civilian police have explained the various forms of disguise of new drugs, emphasizing the importance of food consumption away from strangers and the rejection of bad socialization; and, in conjunction with the actual traffic in rural areas, have promoted the practice of riding on motor vehicles and wearing security helmets, and no cross-roads, to guide teachers and students into good habits of civilized behaviour。

The interactive sessions of the lectures were very lively, with students raising their hands and actively asking questions about “how to help in the face of bullying in schools”, “how to protect privacy when chatting online”, and the civilian police responding patiently on a case-by-case basis. In the course of the campaign, the civilian police also distributed more than 800 rule of law brochures to teachers and students, including legal literacy, security prevention techniques, so that knowledge of rule of law and security could be truly informed and their self-protection awareness raised。

The law-and-law campaign, which translated abstract legal texts into living reality, enabled primary and secondary school students to learn about the rule of law and acquire security skills in a relaxed atmosphere, effectively boosted students ' perception of the rule of law and their ability to protect themselves and won the unanimous approval and approval of teachers and students. As a next step, the public security authorities in binzhou will continue to deepen the “rule of law and order into school” normal working mechanisms, keeping pace with innovative forms of publicity on the real need for security at school, enriching the content of the publicity, fabricating the safety and protection network at school, maintaining a safe, harmonious and rule-of-law school environment with solid public security initiatives, and using the rule of law to protect the healthy growth of adolescents。
