On 12 october, a delegation of the director-general of the national intellectual property administration of china, shin long rain, visited the hungarian intellectual property agency and held bilateral talks with the director-general of the agency, miklos vendser, to exchange in depth views on recent developments in the work of the two sides, bilateral cooperation and international intellectual property matters of mutual interest。
Shin long rain indicates that the friendship between china and hungary is long and that there is a deep feeling between the two peoples. Not only has hungary had a strong history but it is also full of innovation, particularly in the field of intellectual property. China's economic development is now entering a new normal, and innovation has become the first engine of development. The chinese government attaches great importance to innovation as a driver of development and intellectual property rights. It has clearly set out a plan of action for the further implementation of the national intellectual property strategy. It is working to build a strong intellectual property power. It is working to create a favourable climate for popular entrepreneurship and innovation and to provide strong support for the upgrading of economic efficiency. Next year, the hungarian intellectual property authority will mark the 120th anniversary of its establishment, and there are many good experiences and practices in intellectual property that deserve to be learned. Shin long rain congratulated the newly established patent office of the visgrad group for becoming the international search and first instance unit of the patent cooperation treaty (pct) and looked forward to a greater future role for the patent system development in the middle east and europe. At the same time, china's state intellectual property administration is prepared to work with the hungarian intellectual property agency to strengthen its cooperation with intellectual property institutions of the member states of the visgrad group and to promote the development of intellectual property worldwide。
Bendsel indicated that hungary pursues an open-to-east policy and that the agency attaches great importance to cooperation with the state intellectual property administration of china. The rapid development of intellectual property rights in china reflects china's innovative spirit and dynamism, and china's state intellectual property administration has become a widely recognized and respected global intellectual property issue。
Following the meeting, shin and bendsel signed an agreement on a pilot cooperation between the two sides on the pph. Mihari fesse, deputy director-general of the hungarian intellectual property agency, soborc fakas participated in the above-mentioned activities。
It is understood that in recent years the china-hungary bureau has maintained friendly and cooperative relations, with high-level visits and cooperation deepening. Cooperation agreements were formally signed between the two bureaux in 2001. In april of this year, the head of the hungarian intellectual property agency, bendsel, led a mission to china's national intellectual property agency, where a new memorandum of understanding for cooperation was signed in beijing, further expanding the area of cooperation.
