No person or organization may engage in acts that endanger the security of the state or provide any financial assistance or assistance to persons or organizations that endanger the security of the state。
What are the obligations of organs, groups and organizations in maintaining national security
In accordance with article 78 of the national security law, organs, people's groups, business organizations and other social organizations are required to educate their personnel in the interests of national security and to mobilize and organize their personnel to prevent and suppress acts against national security. In accordance with article 79, organizations of enterprises shall cooperate with the competent authorities in the implementation of the relevant security measures, in accordance with the requirements of national security。
