In order to effectively promote the “five progress” of security, to firmly establish the concept of security development, to enhance the effectiveness of competitions, to enhance the taste of the competition, to attract the participation of water cadres and the population at large, and to enhance the awareness and quality of security for the entire population, the ministry of water has decided to consolidate its resources and to combine the former national water safety production knowledge network competition with the general water for production fun competition, as follows:。

Content of the competition
(i) competition preparation
Preparation of unit information checks, user registration and test questions was carried out by 10 june 2021. The registration of contestants is based on real names, and in “player information” the names, units, regions, etc. Must be selected in the correct regional information. If the region does not choose or is wrong, the scores cannot be accumulated. The registration of a work unit requires an accurate full name and the absence of multiple different names, abbreviations or names of non-independent legal entities will affect the total number of competitions in the unit. At the time of registration, the people of business, rural areas, communities, schools, families, etc. Are filled out in the “five plus” category at the workplace. Upon completion of registration, the test will begin and will be fully prepared for the official competition。
(ii) competition rules
Each day for the first landing, the contestants will receive a fixed 2-point reward for participating in the competition by clicking on the “one-person pass”。
Level settings: sets numerous levels, three questions per level, one point per answer, and one point per answer, more than two questions can be unlocked。
Break-in rules: each break-in is provided three times a day; each break-in is allowed until the break-in fails; each cross-check is allowed to continue; and the break-in is consumed once. Once the opportunity is exhausted, the effective credits for the day are obtained, and if the break-in continues, only the total credits will be increased and the effective credits will not increase。
The countdown rule for the stairwells: the countdown of the stairwells at the turn-off time is 20 seconds at the 1-3 level (primary difficulty), 10 seconds at the 4-6 level (medium difficulty), 5 seconds at the 7-9 level (advanced difficulty) and 2 seconds at the 10 or above. After each break-in, the next countdown starts from the primary difficulty and continues。
The ranking rules: the participants are ranked according to the five highest effective points during the competition period and from the top to the bottom (under the same conditions, the number of customs clearances and the number of hours spent is lower, the ranking is higher); the participating units and areas are ranked according to the number of valid points and the number of persons belonging to them during the competition period. The above rankings are shown in the general's list. The progress of the competitions in the regions will be published on a regular basis at the public sign。
(iii) school conversion
The total credit may be converted to one hour for every 50 credits at the time of training, up to a maximum of eight hours in aggregate。
(iv) other
The participants are encouraged to support the development of a repository of events, such as the correction of errors identified and the addition of new topics related to safe production that are interesting, innovative and practical. The annual ranking will take precedence when there is a record or a high number of adoptions for participation in the library under the same fractional conditions。
(b) combat: this section does not take into account the results of the competition, but only for the purpose of learning and exchange, by inviting our close friends, two people to engage in real-time combat, in the form of a pick-up exercise, answering questions five times a time limit of 20 seconds each, with a combined score based on the correct rate of answer and the situation of the pick-up, one point for one, one point for one, one point for one, one point for one and no points for the wrong answer, and the credits obtained in exchange for the academic period。

Awards are given at the end of the competition period, with individual awards, collective awards for excellence and organizational awards for excellence。
(i) 200 individual awards. Elected from the general's annual scores, with first, second and third prizes and winning prizes, awards and certificates (specify the school hours). Specific awards are as follows:
1. Ten first prizes and $1,000。
2. 20 second prizes and 800 prizes。
3. 50 prizes and 500 prizes。
4. 120 winners。
At the end of the campaign, all contestants are allowed to exchange online the certificate of registration (electronic stamp) for the training of the ministry of water during the corresponding school hours。
(ii) 50 collective awards for excellence. Elected from the rank of the legion and awarded the award based on a combination of the number of participants and the total score。
(iii) 20 organizational awards of excellence (4 direct departmental units and 16 provincial water administrations). Elected from the regional rolls and awarded the award based on the combined evaluation of the number of participants and the total score。
In accordance with the above-mentioned ranking rules, the provincial water department will establish 100 individual awards, 50 collective awards for excellence, 16 organizational awards for excellence (8 direct offices, 8 municipal water administrations, depending on the level of participation, increase or decrease) and announce the conclusion of the competition。
