Extension to more than a dozen countries to provide stable raw materials for domestic industrial development
The ricin is highly adaptable, growing up below 2,000 metres above sea level and growing even less fertile land. My country's ricin seed production reached 299,000 tons in 2011, and since 2012 the area under ricin cultivation has been gradually reduced to 52,000 tons in 2015. Cultivated in guangxi, guizhou, yunnan, sichuan, etc., the country is small. There is a risk of a single source of goods, which is not conducive to the development of relevant domestic industries. The expansion of cultivation in 12 countries has resulted in the expansion of supply channels and the availability of ricin seeds. In 2020, around 20,000 tons of ricin seeds were imported from myanmar alone。

Li wengchang said it was found that farmers in some plain areas of myanmar also grow ricin because the ricin is thicker and can be used as fuel for their lives after the harvest. The expansion of new varieties and technologies has led to higher incomes for local farmers and improved the lives of the local population。
