To further implement the concept of “culture of joy” in schools, education on disaster prevention and mitigation was extended to every class and to every student. Following the flag-raising ceremony in the early morning of 11 may, the city jumped into the middle squadrons of primary school to conduct a simultaneous morning group event on the theme “estimating risk avoidance skills, building life lines”. The squadrons, around the risk avoidance and self-help knowledge of common disasters such as earthquakes, fires and heavy rains, have given rise to safety in the form of scenario simulations, intellectual quizzes and children's songs。

Scenario simulation: "enjoy" in experience
“bell--” following a hurried bell, in the classroom of the five (1) squadrons, the classmates were quick to hold their heads and crouch under the desk. This is not a real alarm, but an “indoor shock avoidance simulation” organized by the squadron counsellors. At the end of the exercise, the team rotated to share the feeling: “when you get down, you get a little nervous, but you don't panic.” the counselor concluded: “the three actions of `fall, cover, hold' are the best way to stay alive.”
In the four (3) squadrons, a “fire escape scenario” is taking place. The team covered their mouths with wet towels, bending low, and quickly “evacuated” to the safe area outside the classroom along the planned route. Vivid performances have given the “lined, nosed, no-squeezing” key to escape。
Knowledge competition: “enjoying” in competition
Five (2) squadron mornings were turned into a fierce “security knowledge contest”. "if you're in a classroom during an earthquake, where should you hide?" "a. By the window, b. Under the c. Door" -- the host's voice just dropped and the team turned up and answered. A theme that is closer to life is not only a test of the level of knowledge about security, but also a source of enthusiasm for active learning. The winning team received the “safeguard” badge, full of smiles filled with the joy of “enjoy”。
Children's song: "enjoy" in rhythm
The early morning team will be more lively and interesting. The children of the first (2) class, led by their teachers, made up the song of longlong's hand: “you take one, i take one, the earthquake comes to the bottom of the table; you shoot two, i take two, i don't push them into the rows...” the sound of the crumbs is accompanied by a neat hand-lapping rhythm, and the knowledge of safety is naturally internalized in a happy rhythm。
It is worth mentioning that the three (2) squadrons that had previously performed the ancient poetry rap at the flag-raising ceremony continued their creative work at this morning's team meeting by incorporating security phrases such as “inconvenient” and “preventable” into the fast-track performance, where the team members were playing with bamboo boards and reading their own book, “security avoidance three words”, turning abstract knowledge into a living rhythm and winning a round of applause。
Teacher leads: from "enjoy" to "enjoy"
The team counsellors served not only as organizers but also as models of “comfort”. In conjunction with the school's daily security requirements, they are leading team members to learn about class evacuation routes, identify campus security signs, and screen for potential classroom hazards. The six (2) squadron counsellors also invited a parent of the class (community safety officer) to provide children with a video link on the preparation of family emergency kits and to extend safety education from school to home。
Happy life: every day to be safe and happy
A 30-minute morning meeting of the teams, which took a variety of forms and solid content, truly achieved “the theme of the class, everyone wins”. Students have acquired the skills of risk avoidance in “enjoy”, and in “enjoyer”, they have learned to cherish life, and they have put “enjoying” into everyday behaviour。
The city of chai-fat has always made security education an important component of building a “culture of pleasure” in primary schools. This theme team series is not only a positive response to the day of 5-12 disaster prevention and reduction, but also a vivid exercise on the concept of the “first of life”. In the future, hofer city's jump into primary school will continue to be accompanied by “joy” and normalization of security education activities so that every child who jumps into school can thrive in a safe and happy environment。
