On 18 april, at a press conference organized by the liaoning government press office, the liaoning provincial market supervisory authority presented its focus on intellectual property protection。
In 2023, 618 intellectual property cases were investigated by the provincial market regulatory system, including 534 trademark violations, 66 patent violations, 18 geographical indications violations and 9 referrals to justice。
In 2024, the provincial market regulatory authority will further function to protect intellectual property rights.
