People's air defence education is an important component of defence education, as well as quality education and crisis education. Primary and secondary education is the “pregnancy cycle” of life and requires careful guidance and training. The implementation of human prevention education in primary and secondary schools contributes to the development of youth-friendly and national defence concepts and to the promotion of comprehensive quality, safety awareness and emergency prevention skills. At this stage, primary and secondary school students should be secured against education and three focus points should be accurately captured。
First, work on the rule of law in education management has been effective. At present, the problem of the uneven development of education among primary and secondary school students is more pronounced, with local results already evident and gaps in some cases. Addressing this problem requires, first and foremost, a higher level of rule of law in education management。

At the top level, the human defence department, together with the education sector, shall prepare a regulatory document incorporating human protection into the quality education system, along the lines of the policy of double reduction, and shall define the guiding philosophy and direction of human education; at the same time, it shall set up and operate institutions for the prevention and education of primary and secondary school students, clarify the responsibilities of the various departments, institutions and related personnel, and develop a sound management system and performance evaluation mechanism; at the same time, it shall include human defence education in the curriculum, harmonize teaching materials and equipment standards, improve teaching programmes and programmes and promote regularization of teaching activities; and at the same time, financial resources shall be increased for the development of a budget system for the prevention of education for primary and secondary school students, and special funds shall be allocated and regulated。
Secondly, efforts to stratify the content of education have yielded results. Educating is a basic method of education. The group of primary and secondary students has a wide range of ages and different levels of awareness, acceptance and interest in learning. The education of the human being should be differentiated from grade to grade, promote the stratification of the content of education and increase its relevance。

For example, the physics section could expand knowledge of drones, missiles and satellites, political instruction could be integrated into current affairs at the national and international levels, and physical education courses should include practical aspects such as gas masks, fire suppression, medical care and so forth, so that teaching could be integrated into the daily learning life of secondary school students。

Thirdly, efforts have been made to placate educational positions. School classroom instruction is difficult to meet the needs of the population due to factors such as teachers, premises and equipment. In recent years, people's defence and education facilities have been set up in various places, which not only display video materials, pictures, objects, etc., but also provide immersion spaces such as war air strikes and emergency disaster relief, which are more attractive to young people. Primary and secondary school students can be directed and organized to enter the ppe premises, practice on the ground and master the use of rescue equipment, and improve the level of physical exercise and emergency disposal of protective equipment。
Advocating plaguing is not a denial of classroom teaching, but rather an improvement in the integration and integration of different teaching methods within and outside the curriculum.
