The poor are looking for a way out
Once upon a time, the han shaobo family was famous for being poor. After completing his junior high school, he worked around, slowly becoming a small, well-known electrician nearby. "he's got power around him, he's got skills, he can trust it." han's wife remembered。
Days had improved slightly, but it was because the elderly had their grandchildren and the han shaobos had four children and had seen their sons before they were recruited. Overborn children were required to pay social support and family life was more constrained than ever before。
“when it's toughest, go through the drawers, find a penny or five cents to buy food, and the owner of the food is reluctant to take it.” han xiaobo laughed。
It's not easy to feed four children. Although skilled and alive, this piecemeal income is compared to large household expenditures, and some of it is expensive。
And that was the year when han shaobo, who was afraid, decided to move。

"there's been less and less work lately, and it's not working well." han shubo looks at the asleep kids and says to his wife:。
What are you going to do? We can't afford to do business, and many things may be difficult to sell. Only food is needed daily, and little investment is made.”
It's easy to make decisions, but you can't grow food without skills. Han xiaobo bit on his teeth and took his family's only $8,000 to learn the techniques of growing vegetables in the sheds。
In the first year of his studies, han shao bo was so restless that he thought that with this skill, poverty would come to an end。
Reality is sometimes cruel. Han shaobo's soilless cultivation took its toll at home, losing nearly $100,000. Then the question came, and his relatives and friends who borrowed money from him began to object: “why did you have to work as a plumber to grow?”
After two years of gnawing, han found out why he failed: the climate varies widely between the south and the north, with hot summers and long periods, and the high temperature of non-earthed prime fluids leads to low yields and low quality of vegetables。
There's a reason why han has gained momentum. He abandoned soilless cultivation and turned to traditional cultivation。
So-called “opportunities left to those who are ready”, han shapo, who crawls and crawls in the kitchen, offers an opportunity: the state has launched the fight against poverty, and the corresponding industrial pro-poor policies have helped him finance the construction of high-standard sheds。

The shed gives hope
On summer break, four children of han shaobo helped pick vegetables in the kitchen. "more quickly than who." han shubo's wife said to the children。
"okay." the kids come in together. In a little while, the bucket was filled with pepper and sweat wet their clothes。
More than 3000 square metres of sheds, peppers, tomatoes, bean horns ... Weasel and green, a wide variety of vegetables flourishing。
The sheds are ubiquitous in terms of bagged carbon dioxide fattening, the staggered distribution of drip water pipes on the ground, and the test instruments on the pillars of the sheds are monitoring the temperature of humidity in the shed in real time. In each shed, a box of bees was grown to teach pollen。
Vegetables are grown using pest-killing lamps, fermentation, etc., and organic fertilizers, such as decomposed fertilizers and farm-based fertilizers, are not used in common pesticides and fertilizers。
Looking at the big sheds in front of us, han shaobo often laments with "reminiscent thoughts"。
For the benefit of biopesticide spraying, han shibok saw an electrostatic sprayer, “the amount of medicine originally applied to an acre, with which two acres could be applied.” han shibok, who had no money in his hand, told his wife the idea。
The wife did not speak at the time, and the next afternoon she handed over a stack of money to han shaobo, who sold the gold earrings and rings of the wedding。
The trust of the wife is the strongest dependencies of han shaobo. Han shaobo has not failed the expectations of his family, and these sheds are the hope of his family. "it's been so many years, and if you don't insist, you'll be in vain."

It's the smell that earns trust
Every morning, at 4 a. M., han and his wife woke up and shipped the first day's picks to the market。
The han shaobo stand is the most special place in the local market for vegetables, with two or three pounds of chili, and eight dollars for his house, but there are no fewer customers in front of it。
This was not the case at first, as prices were much more expensive than others and there were fewer visitors to han shaobo's kitchen. Moreover, his vegetables were more beautiful than the rest of the vegetable farmers, so let him explain how the customer suspected him of a lot of pesticides。
"it's all natural for my family. I'll give you something to see if i can taste it." han shao-po will give you a taste。
The next day, the food-eating customer returned. The third day, more customers are coming. As a result, more and more retrospects are making han shaobo's food stand up。
When you meet a particularly real customer, han xiaobo invites him to the shed for field visits and experience。
As a result, han xiaobo opened up the market a little bit and the customers commented that his food was “good for all”. It may take a day for other people to sell their food, while han shaobo's booths are all sold out before noon。
"mr. Han, get me 10 pounds of pepper, 10 pounds of beans, 20 pounds of tomatoes tomorrow..." many people have telephoned han shaobo's vegetables, especially when they are on the market, often in short supply。
He was advised to expand the area under cultivation and han xiaobo chose to fight steadily. “i do not want to expand cultivation blindly, either by investing heavily in it or by managing it, which may not keep up, and by which time the quality of the vegetables may be at risk, which will affect its reputation.”
“i would prefer to stay in this state of affairs, to study it well, to upgrade the quality of vegetables to a level where more people can eat more safe and reassuring vegetables.”

I don't forget my folks
In 2016, han shaobo paid off hundreds of thousands of arrears, removed the “poor hat” completely, and became a small, well-known source of wealth in the neighborhood, with an annual income of 200,000 yuan, with no one behind him saying that he was “disordered.”。
After having learned about han shaobo's situation, the seniors of yu tintai town asked him to share the vegetable shed planting techniques, and han said yes immediately, and he taught them carefully whenever someone came to study。
After graduation from poverty, han shaobo thought most about the other poor households in the village. Their lack of financial resources and skills made it difficult to escape poverty. On them, han shaobo saw himself a few years ago and decided to do his best to help needy families。
To this end, han xiaobo has established a professional cooperative for the cultivation of boshan vegetables, which absorbs 20 poor families, each with a direct contribution of 10,000 yuan in industrial poverty reduction, and which at the end of each year receives no less than 2,000 yuan in dividends。
At the same time, cooperative members may voluntarily choose to work at a vegetable growing base, where they can earn thousands of dollars a month during the season。
Today, 20 poor families have been released from poverty. "it's my job to work in agriculture. I didn't expect to get out of poverty so quickly by growing food." the long koreans who joined the club told reporters。
“i hope that, by working together, we will all be able to achieve prosperity from poverty.” han shaobo said that the villagers had helped him, and now that thanks are due, we can all help each other and certainly reap happiness on our land。
