On 4 march, the china-waiwon district disability federation organized a practical technical training course for persons with rural disabilities with disabilities in difficult circumstances in the village of hoangkang, jia tong. It trained more than 50 persons with disabilities and their families in the area in the techniques of mushroom cultivation and helped to widen the population's access to income generation through “blood-making”. This is one of the udps “rayfield day” series。
The training was conducted in a combination of theoretical and practical guidance, and technical staff were systematically taught around the environmental control of mushroom cultivation and pest control。

Upon completion of the training, more than 20 families of persons with disabilities in the village will be encouraged to increase their income through direct participation in mushroom cultivation or close work. The cooperative is responsible for the provision of bacterial seed, technical guidance and warranty acquisition, and the base is responsible for integrated management and marketing。
“here income is stable and it is hoped that the brothers and sisters of the disabled will come to work.” the disabled man, alias, is already working at the mushroom-growing base, with an additional income of $23,000 per month。
