The competition is open to students from the province's full-time general higher schools, primary and secondary schools (including secondary schools), military school cadets and university-based soldiers recruited during the school year. On the basis of a panel of experts, a total of 30 outstanding contestants were selected from among the 351 works of the primary, secondary and tertiary schools. As a result of intense competitions, nine candidates from the three groups of primary and secondary schools received first-class awards for the presentation, which were incorporated into the provincial finals。
The contest, through stories from primary and secondary school students, the use of ideas by university students, the use of ideas and the fragmentation of public discourse, has given a strong impetus to the development of political and educational integration at the primary, secondary and tertiary levels.
