Seed treatment and seeding (0-3 weeks)
1. Casting
Select mature red hearts/white heart flame nuts, dig out the meat and put it in the gauze, wash it with fresh water, and separate the black sesame seeds。
Dry seeds (1 - 2 days of cool ventilation)。
Drumbs
Paper towels: the seeds are laid on wet paper towels, covered by the protective film, 25-30°c environment, water sprayed daily, 3-7 days of white。
Direct seeding: seeds are spread over wet seeding soil, covering thin soil, maintaining humidity, about two weeks of seeding。
Management of seedlings (1-6 months)
1. Deplanting
When seedlings are 5-10 cm high, they are planted into the pyrotechnic soil (corrosive soil: river sand = 2. 1), and the bottom plume is protected by rock。
Initial shade of 50% to avoid tan。
2. Environmental requirements
Temperature: 20-35 °c is the best, below 5 °c to be protected (house/indoor)。
Light: 6-8 hours of light per day, with appropriate shades for high summer temperatures。

Iii. Plantation (after 6 months)
1. Soil and support
Soil: ph 6. 0-7. 5 sandy soil mixed into 5 kg of roted organic fertilizer per square metre。
On board: cement pillars/posts (1. 8 m high), fixed circle stand on top, guide branches down。
2. Plantation methods
Three to four strains per column are buried at depths of 2 to 3 cm, and the water is poured out。
Iv. Daily maintenance (all year)
1. Fertilizer management
Watering: 7-10 days in spring and autumn, 3-5 days in summer (avoiding water accumulation) and winter water control。
Fertilisation:
Long-term: application of nitrogen fertilizer once a month (e. G. Diluted bean pie)。
Pre-facing: increased phosphorus fattening (e. G. Bone powder, grass-wood ash)。
Outcome period: additional compound fertilizer (n-p-k=10-20-20)。
2. Cutting and supporting
Three to five main branches are retained and side branches are cut; the result is the cutting of old and infirm branches。
When the branch grows to the top of the frame, it is guided by a fixed line。
Results of flowering (2-4 years)
1. Phasing management
Night flowering (18:00-6:00 a. M.), artificial pollination: currying with maclin。
Flowers: one or two strong flowers per branch。
2. Growing fruit
The flowers are then turned 30 to 40 days later (red skin is red and white leather is yellow) and picked when the gotti wrinkles。
Production: 15-20 single annual fruit production (approximately 5-10kg) for the period of poignant fruit。

The seven great benefits of the dragon nuts to the human body
1. Intestinal health
2g diet fibre per 100g, which promotes intestinal creeping and improves constipation。
2. Antioxidation against ageing
The red hearts contain nectar (1. 5 times the content of blueberries), beetery, and remove the free radicals。
3. Blood sugar control
Low gi (25-30) chromium-containing elements increase insulin sensitivity。
4. Eyesight
Beta-carrotin (with 30 mg per 100g) protects the retina。
5. Enhanced immunization
Vitamin c content is five times greater than apples (100 g containing 9 mg) and promotes white cell activity。
6. Iron supplementation against anaemia
Vegetable iron (0. 6 mg/100g), with a combination of dimensional c to increase absorption。
7. Low card reduction and lipid reduction
55 card/100g, with 90% moisture, suitable for diet。

Key tip
Seed cultivation needs patience: it takes 3-4 years to produce seedlings and can be shortened to 1-2 years。
Refrigeration protection: covers double layer plastic membrane temperature at <10°c in winter。
Disease prevention: anthrax is sprayed with more than 50 per cent more than 800 times more fungus, and snails can use teaseeds to bubble water。
Through scientific management, flamingos can produce results for more than 20 years in a row, with both value for reward and food, which is the ideal option for family cultivation。
