On 3 july, the first professional competition for public employment services in the autonomous region came to a successful conclusion in the city of ishibayama, where the team of representatives from the city of sasakawa was able to achieve a successful performance, winning a group silver prize, career guidance for the personal business competition, grass-roots public employment services and practical training lecturers for job-seekers. The first 10 projects, with the exception of the third category, were awarded nine awards for basic public employment services, results, cases, practical training courses, etc。

The theme of the competition was “scientific career guidance, accurate employment services”, and the city of yinchuan selected a team leader and 27 contestants to participate. In accordance with the rules, competitions include individual business competitions, group competitions and competitions for excellent employment services, results, cases and micro-education competitions. The content of the competition is based on a problem-oriented and target-oriented approach, focusing on the demand for employment of the population, keeping a close eye on the practical aspects of employment, using a situational simulation, with a focus on the combination of knowledge of the player's policy, service accuracy, professional specialization, and, in particular, on the testing of the candidates ' ability to provide accurate and effective vocational guidance and public employment services to clients such as graduates of non-employment institutions, unemployed persons, rural migrant workers, employers, etc。

Individual competitions mainly include theoretical knowledge, skill manipulation, re-emergence of employment service cases, and battle competitions; group competitions are the main themes for addressing current typical issues of public employment service work, including case analysis, branding, project design, employment service activities for priority groups, etc. During the competition, the ginchuon city team performed well and responded to the theoretical knowledge competition and the scenario re-enactment competition, in which the contestants worked closely and worked together, reflecting the overall level of public employment services in the capital city。
