Liu jiangbin, professor emeritus of taiwan political university and director of the foundation for the development of the intellectual property of the consortium, said that synergy and innovation were key to the intellectual property enabling industry and that the ai area needed to integrate multi-professional resources. In response to trends in technological development, liu jiangbin put forward the point of view of “accomplishment and failure”, reminding smes of the challenge of inadequate financial and resource investment, and that intellectual property rights would play a key role。

It was understood that the meeting was hosted by the institute of intellectual property of the university of xiamen, the national intellectual property training (fuijan) base and the research base for the implementation of the national intellectual property strategy (fuijan university), with the support of the market supervision authority of fujian province。
