With a view to further strengthening the capacity of innovative entrepreneurship teachers, upgrading teachers'skills in competition guidance, curriculum teaching and the integration of innovative breeders, and promoting quality development of innovative entrepreneurship education in schools, from 5 june to 7 june, we successfully trained teachers in innovative entrepreneurship development at the shaanxi international trade school. The training was attended by the vice-secretary of the party and vice-rector zhang, with 58 participants from the vice-president of the faculty of sciences competition, the commissioner of innovation and entrepreneurship, the entire staff of the institute of innovation and entrepreneurship, and the best instructors of the national initiative。
Opening ceremony: building consensus to start a new journey, empowering a dual mission

Zhang is a starter. He pointed out that innovative entrepreneurship education was an important tool in the fundamental task of the reeds to develop high-quality and innovative talent, and that all participating teachers valued this opportunity to learn and exchange, took the initiative of drawing on the best practices of higher education in the provinces and the provinces, plowing up teaching practices and teaching skills, and insisting on teaching and learning in order to translate learning results into practical incentives for the development of double education in schools. The training course, which focused on the core directions of the national initiative, aai teaching innovation, double education reform and practical teaching research, invited four leading university experts to give lectures on topics of theoretical depth and practical utility. During the course of the training, all participants listened carefully and recorded, actively engaged with the teaching specialists, broadened their perspectives in the learning process, clashed with ideas in the exchange, fully completed the matrix of competencies, and deepened their understanding of innovative entrepreneurship education in the new age colleges。

Completion exchange and field visits: a combination of learning to promote learning and mutual learning
The training will have a brief completion ceremony. Participants indicated that the training course was compact, informative and full, and that the advanced ideas and practical approaches shared by experts were of great value. The contents of the study will be carefully integrated, accessible and used, and the knowledge acquired will be used in day-to-day teaching, competition guidance and dual-generation management。
Following the completion ceremony, all the participating teachers visited shaanxi international institute of business and trade (isci) founding e platform and university students innovation entrepreneurship park. Intuitively learning from the good practices of twin-fielding and parenting at sister schools, by walking, watching and interacting, by giving detailed information on park operating models, the incubation of innovative entrepreneurial projects, and the building of practical training platforms。
This training of trainers in innovative entrepreneurship is an important initiative for schools to enhance the professionalization of the dual-generation teacher workforce, both as a centralized charge of professional competencies and as an in-depth exchange of inter-school experience. As a next step, schools will use this training as an opportunity to continue and deepen the reform of innovative entrepreneurship education, to improve the system of “colleges and integration”, to continuously upgrade the level of teaching, guidance and incubation of innovative entrepreneurship, and to steadily improve the quality of the development of quality dual-education-aided school personnel, and to promote higher-quality development in the teaching and learning of schools。
