The golden fungus, which is a common vegetable in our daily lives and which is growing in both domestic and foreign markets, is both a good food and a better health food, and is therefore very popular with consumers. Gold needle mushrooms are generally grown only at the end of autumn, winter and early spring. The introduction of anti-seasonal cultivation technology will make it possible for golden mushrooms to be on the market from 5 to november. So how do you grow a golden needle mushroom? I would like to introduce to you, for your part, the anti-season golden mushroom cultivation method。
How do you grow a golden needle mushroom against the season
1. Seasons and fungi
Anti-season planting can take place in february-april, in april-july, or in august-september, and in september-november. After screening, there were two family members: kim ko 1, who sowed in the spring and summer. The second is cob18, suitable for early autumn planting。
2. Toners and bags
The more rational nutrient formulations are 35 per cent cotton seed shells, 40 per cent wood crumbs (or other crop straws, skin, shell, sludge), 18 per cent gills (or rice mills), 2 per cent corn powder, 1 per cent sugar, 2 per cent compound fertilizer and 2 per cent calcium carbonate. The material is fine-tuned with a water content of 60-65 per cent and ph of 6. 5-7. 5, and is filled with 17 cm x 38 cm x 0. 045 cm low-pressure polyethylene plastic condensed with a hole in the middle of the material at a depth of 10 cm when the material is 15 cm high (300 g per bag)。
3 and vaccination
Using constant pressure, 100 °c vapours are maintained for 12 hours, with the latter bag moving into the sterile chamber with heat so that it cools, so that the bag is constricted as a result of extreme cold, so that the side wall mushrooms do not appear in the plant. When the temperature is reduced to below 30 °c, the bag is opened to feed the bacteria. The vaccinations were carried out in a sterile manner and the seals were restored。
4. Microfilm culture
The vaccination is followed by clean, dry, ventilated and cold indoor culture. The windows and doors are kept out of light during the day and ventilation is opened at night. The temperature of the culture bag is controlled at below 30°c, and cooling measures such as spilling cold water should be taken in case of continued high temperatures. The relative humidity of the air in spring is such that charcoal, lime, etc. Should be kept indoors. It usually takes 20-25 days to grow, and the mycelium can be covered in bags。
V. Administration of mushrooms
The mushroom room should have an up-to-down window with 80 veils on the doors and windows. The fungus bags are moved into and out of the mushroom house, and are placed on a wet water floor, with a gap between the bags and the bags, with a corridor per five rows for cooling and wetting. The closed doors and windows during the day and a wind window at night contributed to the temperature decline. The walls of the mushroom house can be covered with straw curtains and water sprayed into them, so that they both increase humidity and reduce temperature by insulation。
6. Pest management
The mushroom house is frequently used with 3 per cent bleach, or 0. 2 per cent thiacin, or 0. 2 per cent3b, and is sprayed with the use of insecticides such as vinyl, dichlorvos and parathion. Following the formation of a sub-entity, the sprayable plant growth inhibitor b9 can increase the resistance of golden needles and mushrooms to high temperatures, disease resistance and high and stable yields。
