Students' knowledge of civility
Ceremony is the traditional virtue of the chinese nation. Since ancient times, the ancient chinese nation has enjoyed the anointed name of the “state of courtesy” because of its promotion of civility. Here's the ceremonial knowledge of elementary school children. I hope it will help you

I. Awareness-raising, dripping
Due to the young age of primary school pupils, their cognitive and understanding abilities are poor and abstract thinking is not fully developed. Therefore, the demands placed on them should be clear, specific and detailed in order to enhance their enforceability. For example: the manner in which people are treated. "hello" and "hello" when meeting with others; "goodbye" when saying goodbye to others; "please" when asking for help; "thank you" when receiving care, help and support; and "sorry" when disturbing or ashamed of others. Others should say, “it's okay”, “you're welcome” when they apologize to themselves. These requirements are clear and specific and help students to comply with them。
First, teach students to respect
At the heart of ceremonial education is mutual respect between people. Educating students to respect and care for people is the most basic element of ceremonial education。
Respect for others. Respect for the personality of others, the opinions of others, the emotions of others, the labour of others, respect for the living habits of others, respect for the customs and religious beliefs of national minorities, respect for teachers and courteous treatment. It does not bully the weak, it does not make fun of others, it does not make fun of others with its superiors, it does not sarcasm others, it does not harm their self-esteem, it does not give others nicknames and it does not demean others with their physical defects。
Respect yourself. Respect yourself, develop yourself, start with respect for your body and reputation。
Second, the proper use of the word "ceremonial" by church students
When it comes to respect, call it you
For the elderly, it is possible to refer to the elderly as grandfathers, grandmothers, aunts, teachers, etc.; for the middle-aged, it is possible to refer to uncles, uncles, aunts, aunts, etc.; compared to themselves, it is possible to refer to the older brother, sister-in-law, sister-in-law; when dealing with a foreign country, it is possible to use the terms " misses, gentlemen and wives " ; (a) be polite and use euphemisms, such as, " let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go " ; thank you and thank you very much when you get help; when it comes to obstructing others and causing trouble to others, you should say you're sorry and excuse yourself; when others apologize to you, you should say you're okay。
Thirdly, students are trained to behave in a manner consistent with norms。
The correct use of polite language such as smiles, bows, handshakes, applause, right courtesies, right salutes, courtesies; generous hospitality, hand-to-hands; visits to others for appointments and the choice of appropriate time, usually avoiding rest and meals; special circumstances; entry to another's room or office should be preceded by a knock on the door, subject to the permission of the owner; guests in another's home should not be allowed to flip over or mess with another's desk drawers and book toys; in general, care is taken to dress properly and not wear slippers in public during the summer。
Ii. Teachers as role models
The great thinker and educator of my country, confucius, who emphasized the need for teachers to lead by example, said that “it is not in order; it is not in order; it is not in order; it is not in order.” “it cannot be right, what is it?” mr. Tao chai has always been very disciplined throughout his life by his own words of “the teaching of his own”. Throughout history and beyond, no well-known educator has set a monument to the world in the strength of his noble personality and became a “watch of the world”。
Children are highly plasticized and vulnerable to external influences. Teachers are the direct objects to be emulated by students and are the main implementers of civic and ceremonial education. Teachers ' behaviour and behaviour affect students to a great extent, and it is therefore essential that teachers lead by example and act as human beings. A famous writer, ice cine, said, “the teacher's present is the future of the student”. A teacher of high moral character must have a strict sense of self-discipline, and she asked students to do what they had to do first. Teachers are expected to set good examples in their normal work and life. The power of the role model is infinite. When a teacher says hello, the teacher should nod his head or wave his hand to him; when he is wrong, he dares to apologize to him. Such festivals reflect respect for students, educate them in the process of submersion and create a good educational environment。
First, we impose our demands on ourselves and publicly announce to the class as a whole that “whatever the students are asked to do, we must do it first.” second, we capture the paradigm. In the class, the slogan “corporate as a ceremonial modeler, fight for ceremonial model classes” was introduced. In their activities, students are taught to sit, act, stand and salute in order to improve their manners. After a period of training, my class has done better in the area of protocol。
Iii. Integration of moral resources into educational synergy
Schools interact and create synergies. The management of home visits by teachers is effectively strengthened through home visits, parent conferences and so forth. Teachers communicate more and more with their parents, with particular emphasis on contact with parents who are later born, and with the support and understanding of parents, so that parents can be fully involved in school management, school education, raising the level of parents ' education of their children, and ensuring that school families work together to educate students effectively。
2. Arrest parents and optimize the external environment for ceremonial education. The family is an important place in student life, and the behaviour of parents has a major impact on the child, so i use the arrest of parents for work as a big play. The first is to catch up with the human consciousness. What kind of person is a child? Every parent has his or her own wishes, and the big trend is to be a dragon, and i give a letter of initiative to the parents and document their reactions. The second is a guide to etiquette education, how to teach etiquette in the family, and many parents learn from their experiences. It is generally recognized that parental models are important and that family ceremonial education is “life-oriented, relationship-oriented and customary”. I have brought together the experience of parents to advise them in a question-and-answer manner on the practice of ceremonial education in the family。
Iv. Strengthening in practical activities
1. Social practice activities. Practice practice is very attractive to students. The rituals are then used in the rules of conduct, so that their behaviour can be broken down and reinforced in order to enable students to acquire their behavioural skills. For example, when training in “how to do” behaviour, teachers first create situations and then instruct students to practice “do what to do”, they are asked to use exactly the terms “hello”, “thank you”, and “goodbye” civilization. It also guides students, leaves seats, opens doors, walks, sits, etc., so that they not only become linguistically civilized, but also fall short. For example, students are organized to carry out social practices such as respect for the elderly and the green environment, and to lead them out of school and into the community to participate in social practices in which children are able to grow their horizons and experience good education and exercise。
2. Conduct competitions and intensify training. This is a method of training in the form of popular competitions for students. Teachers compete for the psychological characteristics of success for pupils. Conduct ritual performance competitions. In the eyes of all of you, the students will devote themselves to the pleasures of the manners, on the one hand, and the question-and-answer competition, on the other hand, the teacher will present the question: "how do you respect the teacher? How do you observe the manners when you speak to the elders? How do you call the telephone? How do you call your parents' colleagues and friends when you visit?" the question will be, among other things, to take part in the team, see who knows more, who is good enough to answer them, and finally, on the basis of actual performance, to judge the "best manner youth" of the "winner team."。
Educative theory teaches us that from the practice of normative behaviour to the formation of moral conviction, a long and complex process must go through a process that goes from alternative discipline to self-regulation and moral internalization. We should not only educate our children about civility, but, more importantly, allow such virtues to take over their hearts and become a qualified and current citizen。
